Lol you been outside today?

The wind is nuts.
I've had to walk my dogs in this crap every day. It's like Day 5 after the storm and still areas of the walking trails that haven't been graded. Maybe that's what Connor's thinking about

If you would have told me two months ago that I’d be able to pick Hyman off of fantasy waivers with no one else even putting in a claim, I’d have laughed my ass off. But here we are. Zach, you have my permission to return to last years mode now. ;)

“Didn’t we do laundry last week?”
I live in Tokyo, and my wife literally does laundry twice a day.

Anyway...

I think we all know that Stu Skinner hasn't been good enough so far this season. On the other hand, he's never as bad as certain people on here constantly make out. Literally half his games this season he's put up a .900 or better (including a shut-out). He's also been unlucky in games he won due to the Oilers' taking pointless penalties in the final minute and giving up meaningless PP goals, or Nurse gifting one to the Sens' in the final minute. We could, y'know, just support the guy since he's on our team. We all need to blame the org for the goalie situation, not Skinner.

I'm not that worried about Nuge. Every season, he sucks in the first few months, and then he gets better in the mid-portion and second half. Pretty sure that'll happen again.

Arvidsson being injured isn't exactly a shocker, is it? That's his career story. I do hope he gets back in soon. I kind of like his game, although he hasn't exactly been productive (nor has any winger).

The one I'm a bit worried about is Hyman. The awful start to the season, then the mysterious injury... Could it be something serious? He's been such an iron man until now.

Things could either get better or get ugly in a hurry, from now. Three road games, and two of them very difficult. Then, Columbus, whom the Oilers never show up for. I'd like to think they can win 2 of these 3 road games, but...

So I'm seeing the score in the St.Louis game and Dylan Holloway has scored twice in the first period so far to bring his goal total for the year to 6.

This is such an Oiler thing to happen. Not that I'm not happy for Dylan.. you go boy.

The Oiler thing is that he'd be the leading goal scoring winger on the team.

Hang on gonna go into rant mode about what I think is the biggest problem with this team.

Excluding McDavid and Draisitl... EVERY FORWARD ON THIS TEAM THIS YEAR HAS SUCKED MAJOR f***ING BALLS.

They're down right historically pathetic. YES PATHETIC.
That's how I'd describe the forwards on this team when it comes to finishing a f***ing scoring chance.

PATHETIC
