Hot take.

I think the top 6 has actually been low key ass so far at ES. The numbers raw numbers are there for the group collectively, but a ton of it is PP driven.

I don't like the Zibanejad line to this day despite liking Smith as a player but theres no point in breaking up the other lines. Trocheck line will be more than fine but they have more to give 5v5.

I hate to be that guy but K'Andre Miller has been brutal

Crushed a can tonight which is great but long term we need to fix this D corps because they're simply not it

This is the most confidence I've ever seen a Rangers team play with. They know they're better than probably 29 other teams in this league.
See your point.
If the 14 forward group holds up and Igor keeps being playoff Igor than the only thing Drury will need at the deadline is one defensive LD that built like a brick house and plays like an S.O.B.

Blew the doors off another team, saw the Chytil we’ve all been hoping to see, put up the TD and the extra point, watched Lindgren directly cause at least 1 of the two goals against, and I come in here and see…

Bitching about Miller. People, the Rangers have a +19 goal differential in 6 games. Maybe just enjoy the ride for once?

bitching after wins is fine. Bitching about the LD on arguably the best defense pair in the league because you saw him get beat or fumble the puck a couple times? Troglodyte behavior

People cry that Rempe gets unfair calls due to his "reputation". Meanwhile Trouba's reputation is probably worse and he doesn't get called for his hits usually. Maybe Rempe is *actually* not the cleanest player.
If Rempe actually went full force in his hits like a Trouba or Dakota Joshua people would be taken off on stretchers. He completely glides into any hit, watch Joshua run at guys I wish Rempe was allowed to play like that. I’d say Rempe puts the least into his hits of any physical player I’ve ever seen.

Is this something that's common to a Lavi system? It doesn't seem like they did this as much last year. I think better D pairs helps this.

“The movement we’re creating,” said Braden Schneider, who scored his second goal of the season in the second period, before Chytil added his second of the night and Kaapo Kakko recorded his first of the season in the final frame. “It’s not just three forwards working down low, I feel like our D are getting involved, our D are diving down, our D are getting to the middle. Our forwards are cycling up high. Everyone’s playing five positions all at once. When we get in the O-zone, it feels like we have so many options that can open up.

Different story if a couple of posts went in. Seemed like the refs were letting a lot of stick work go. Nice to see Panarin pop a dude that was hounding him.

Mika and Kreider seemed less energetic than the rest of the squad. Either that or Reilly Smith is just dawging so hard it's really outpacing them.
