That quote doesn't make much sense. That which impedes motion is often also impeding action. For example, Flyers management decisions are akin to removing all of your arms and legs. Your motion is impeded. Good luck taking action.

these guys don't get it. no one is questioning that they're giving effort. they are simply not talented enough to win consistently. it doesn't matter how much effort you put in, or how much grit/toughness you have. if your team doesn't have a high enough skill level, YOU WILL LOSE.
