Exhibition: Switzerland vs sweden

Rosen did push the goalie’s pad out of the way, maybe that’s what the ref saw. Balances out with the earlier miss.

Fun game, Swiss look like they might be a little dangerous this year.

That turned into a pretty interesting game. Swiss with the win in OT but the actual loser of this game were the refs. A couple of bad misses on what should have been goals.

I didn't see the whole game.. sounds like 2 mistakes cancelled each other out. Swiss beat us 3-2 and Sweden 4-3. Exhibition means nothing but if I were Swiss, I'd be happy right now!

I clearly saw the Rosen push the goalie's pad out of the way with his stick before putting the puck in the net. That's a good no-goal call. The color man should be more careful about contradicting the ref's opinion, especially when he is wrong.

I agree. No goal.

Man, the Swedes are athletically talented, as always, but something is definitely missing from the team.

Swedish media calling it a scandal. 100% goal.

I dont read Swedish, but I watch some hockey and I saw the exact same situation this year in the NHL and goal was disallowed. He clearly pushed his pad with his stick and prevented him to do his job.

Upon reading all this and watching the replay again.. I think I was wrong and the ref made the right call.

The Swede hit his pad FIRST and then loosened it from his glove. I thought it was 100% glove.

I was wrong and will go feel shame in the box now.
