Another pretty goal for the US. Gauthier from Hutson and Cooley on a nice three way passing play.

US speed taking over.
 
I cant watch this. And i wont watch it either. I Will now leave HFboard permanently. I know everyone Will be dissapointed but i cant take this anymore.
 
Swedish D is absolutely awful.

Not disagreeing but I didn’t really think their main problem to be the defensive side. Although atleast one of the U.S goals was scored due to puck panicking with the puck, which to be fair is more of an offensive problem.

Would play Sandin-Pelikka and Odelius as much as possible.

We already knew that the defense would be a weak part of the teams before the first warm-up game. What worries me more is what they do on PKs, they have the ability to send the puck away but for some reason they can't hit the puck beyond the blue line. Then the defense is overloaded and makes more mistakes.

There were also some good shooting positions but the shot didn't come in or was blocked. And if the opponent gets too many pucks because the players in their own zone hit the puck blindly under pressure, Havelid can at least somehow eliminate all of this so that the team is ready to beat Germany and Austria by the beginning of the group. They must win these matches clearly, calm down and play a good match against the Czechs in the third match of the group.
 
I really hate Jonas Andersson. If he was pasta he would be bland and overcooked.

This is probably a year early for most of these swedish players.
 
The swedish defense is incomprehensibly bad.

This game is a bit off. Hardly anyone has any experience on small ice. Missing the top 3 d-men. But still this is bad.
