Agreed, but he's the one creating all those chances by stripping the Russian D of the puck on the forecheck. He has the only goal so far, and it was a beauty.

To get to Canada you have to play like the US did in the first game otherwise they will cruise to a Championship. If you don't get them off their game they are far to polished to beat system to system.

This first period felt just as the **** we witnessed at 2010 olympics quarter final and 2015 WC final... might as well have been 4-1 for canada after first.

Yep. In order to beat Canada you have to dumb the game down to Tortorella hockey. I think that that's the only way.

A skill team like Russia has no chance.
