I can kind of see why, in Doughty's highlight reel montages for the Norris theres a few clips where he does the same play and its not called a penalty. An example is one I remember vividly is a play where McDavid dumbs it into the corner from the blue line and Doughty rides him from the top of the circle to the corner boards. Its simply not called when it should be.

I understand that. And I wasn't even calling FOR a penalty. But IF there is one, you really can't blame the refs. You are basically daring them to blow the whistle.
