Exercising when hungover

Should you exercise the day after drinking, when you're hungover

Idk there used to be hockey at 7:00 am on sundays here and if I had a hangover it would cure it completely

sweat out the sadness

Depends what kind of exercise we're talking about here. Are we talking about running 6 miles or are we talking about a middle aged overweight male who just walks around the gym with his headphones in, only does chest exercises and always ask if he can work in?? If it's the latter, then yeah that douche can manage a workout hungover.

To me it depends on how hungover you are and how strenuous of an exorcise your doing. I lift weights a few days out of the week and there's been times where I was mildly to moderately hungover and decided to lift anyway. I won't get as good a workout in compared to if I were sober but you can fight through it and still get a decent workout in. If I was severely hungover though and without much sleep there's no chance in hell I'd be able to do any exorcise what so ever.
