Everyone who cares about hockey, and proper leadership, should read it.

I do not know the details, but Zendo Chara struggled in the beginning as captain of the Boston Bruins.

I would like to know more about that.

In the event, I am dealing with some of the same issues at work. It isn't easy.

But good leadership is something you work on.
