ESPN creating a 'NFL RedZone' program called Frozen Frenzy for the NHL, will debut October 24th

Can't say I'm a big fan of that name or Bucci as the host but the concept is interesting. I'm a RZ enjoyer myself.
Don't think I really need to see every powerplay either but live look ins if a game is getting good would be fun. You can only really get so much from twitter clips or highlight shows.

I am 100% all for this and hope that it is available across the streaming services.

I enjoy watching all different teams, and this would be a great way to get a bit of all the action. Hopefully, they do it on more than just the all 32 team nights.

I hope this works out. I feel like the NHL is too fast to have a Red Zone like channel.

I did enjoy MLB Big Inning the last few years. I just wish the show was longer.

Anything that can get people to watch anything NHL related would be great.

Hmm some nights there are only a handful of games or fewer and the start times can be staggered by 3+ Hours…unlike NFL Sundays where there are at least 8-10 games going on at 1:00 PM EST.

And as someone else mentioned hockey is much faster, goals can happen in an instant. Scores in football develop more gradually.

It’s an interesting idea. There are definitely times when you want to watch a game against two really good teams but don’t feel like committing a full 150 minutes to the effort. I’ll check it out. And by check it out, I mean hope that the third-rate Lithuanian streamer who supplies me with NHL content picks it up.

RedZone attempts to cover (often simultaneously with split screens) every high-leverage situation during the Sunday NFL games. A lot of cutaways and back-and-forths. It's fun.

If watching an NFL game is like an EKG, then RedZone is like experiencing a massive coronary.
