It is a different yard stick, today if you are charged (you don’t need to be convicted) with a crime associated with a minor you are not permitted to work with youth in many organizations. It a matter of corporate policy.

So yes it’s a different stick, a better stick. We don’t prioritize the rights of accused pedofiles and rapists over the protection of children. ‘Boys will be boys’ is not acceptable, victim blaming is not acceptable.

What is the statuette of limitations on sleeping with a minor when you are in a position of power and authority over them?….. answer is no limit, it’s f$cking disgusting.

I don’t think we need more people like Graham James.

100% this, all day long.

Unfortunately for you (and the Otters), Schaefer still out due to the injury suffered at Juniors. I did see him last weekend, and he wasn't wearing a sling. Also, Spence and Daviault were not dressed against Owen Sound the other night.
Hopefully Spence is playing at least!

Who’s out for tonight’s game from the Erie squad? Just wondering if we will get to see the future #1 overall pick :)

Schaefer will likely be out almost all of, if not all of February. His early anticipated return was early to mid March.

Also, it is nice to hear, outside of hockey there is a greater appreciation for watching the greatness of some of the young kids. I always love to see OHL players get drafted and excel in the NHL.

Me too. There's a lot of talent in the O, fun to watch those kids, Schaeffer, Spence, Protas, Ritchie, George, etc...

Can’t be mad at the result today. Of course you play to win, but given it’s a long road trip and London, it could’ve been much worse.

Erliden was superhuman in net and the difference maker. He was solid and the reason we had a chance.

We hope for a win in Sarnia before coming home for the school day game.

Erlinden was amazing. He made so many great saves. And such a cool mask.
