I noticed this guy last season and thought he’d be a good fit for us. I like it. Great forechecker.

I expect he'll flourish in a depth role in Carolina. Has speed and applies it to pressuring the puck, finishes his checks and goes to harder areas. Doesn't have the hands to get a lot done with that, but he's willing and that makes for a good 4th liner.
