Had high hopes for him at first, but he struggled mightily at the NHL level. Glad this gives Berdin a shot as the real number one for the Moose.

Good luck to him in Arizona, I think he still has a shot as a backup in the league.

I always liked Comrie, was hoping we wouldn't lose him
(incidentally this is the second time we lost a player I liked on waivers to Arizona, after Burmi)
Hope he does well there

Wish him the best of luck.

Funny, and I know it just pure chance, but I probably saw him play live with the Jets and the Moose maybe 9 times, and not once did he win a game.

Nothing against Comrie as a person. I wish him happiness and prosperity.

I'm also pretty glad I won't have to worry about seeing him in a Jets uniform again.

Great attitude and great AHL goalie. But not suited for the NHL. I'm looking forward to seeing more Berdin!

Seemed like a stand up kind of guy (not a reference to goalie positioning). Hope this translates to a progression in his career. Wish him well.

He's entertaining to listen to when he's being interviewed. Seemed well liked. Hopefully Arizona opens up some opportunities for him. But I have to admit to being intrigued at the thought of seeing Berdin as #3 in the organization.

I think that the purpose of his two year contract with the Jets organization was to be exposed to the expansion draft.

I think Burmi will be the more successful of those two Arizona waiver claims.

He's their new AHL guy.

Comrie is not and never has been an NHL option for the Jets. Not sure Berdin is there yet right now either.

That being said, all the best to Comrie. Seemed like a good kid.

I liked the kid but don't think he had much of a future here. Intrigued by Berdin, now that he's #3 in our system. Maybe we'll finally have a goalie that can handle the puck.

Liked watching him with the Moose. Will have to move his bobblehead to the "playing for other teams section"

I will miss posting this picture

I appreciate the fact that he kind of lived up to his potential. He was taken in the 2nd round to be the #1 goalie in Winnipeg. Unfortunately, that team plays in the American Hockey League. The draft was FILLED with goaltender busts. Zach Fucale, and Philippe Desorosiers both taken ahead of Comrie in the 2nd round didn't even make it to the NHL, Tristan Jarry no one even wanted in waivers, and only Juuse Saros is the only goaltender with a future in the NHL.

Me too. Though I only saw him play live twice and he stunk the joint up.

I’ve been quite down on Comrie but the little I watched of this pre-season he looked good and he might just be turning a corner. Hope he does well in Arizona.

Good kid, strong preseason. A bit surprised at this move, really, but maybe they're high on Berdini and this was something arranged with Comrie to give him another shot elsewhere.

I shall remember his eyes every time I drive past the Brick and don't miss the 6-piece heavy brown leather recliner set that would have looked at home in an '80s Dynasty mansion that I didn't think about buying there.
