Ajax gave away the win against Almere in injury time
I mean, no wonder if this is your set-up in the final minute with a one-goal lead...

Ajax finally starting to climb up the table a bit, with a comfortable 5-0 win against the bottom club Vitesse.

Akbom starting to score like he was expected to (with Brobbey out injured). Taylor finally scoring his first of the season after profilic last season, Hato also got on the scoresheet.

About a minute after coming in, sub Pepi scored PSV's 2nd goal today after the defender miskicked on a bounce, making it a throughball for Pepi and securing a win for PSV.

Well, no surprise that Roman "god" Hercules beats Greek "god" Ajax, Rome did defeat the Greeks during the ancient times after all. :)

AZ's 19-year old winger Ruben van Bommel (yes, son of Mark) scored a brace against Ajax today.

Weren't spectacular goals, but teenagers don't often score twice against Ajax.

Feyenoord trashed Ajax 6-0 today. It could have been even worse, e.g Feyenoord had a goal disallowed.

Hard to see where Ajax go from here next season. They brought in a lot of new players already for this season.

Yeah weird to say but "only" 6-0 almost flattered Ajax lol

Hard to say where they go from here, they almost need another complete overhaul since (and I don't know if these are the correct numbers) but like 14 out of the 15 players they brought in are busts

PSV secured the league title today with a 4-2 win over Sparta Rotterdam, their first in 6 years. Petr Bosz won a league title for the first time as a manager.

Robin van Persie's Heerenveen have a player initially sent off after only 12 mins against Ajax. He was the last man, but there wasn't much of contact and he certainly played the ball.

Glad the ref changed his decision to yellow after taking a look at VAR.

Some unfamiliar names to me at the Ajax line-up: Baas and Danse in defence and Godts as winger.

Ajax take the lead on 45th minute after some quick short passing found Hlynsson free to score from prime position inside the box.

Ajax also hit the post two minutes later and put the rebound narrowly wide. Godts has looked good so far.

Does anyone have experience with the Ajax app? In order to buy match tickets, I was required to download the Ajax app. Then I was instructed to "verify the account" by uploading passport or driver license images. Neither function works. After taking a passport photo app asks me to move the camera slowly across the opposite page but the app does not have a function to actually capture the opposite page. If I try entering my drivers license it will scan the license but then fail when taking a picture of my face from the camera.

I cannot believe people put up with b.s. like this just to buy tickets. This damn app cannot function. How does anyone actually buy tickets to an Ajax game?

Is this a common process in the Netherlands?

Haller didn’t get a goal or assist. But he made the play that led to Utrecht’s game winner over Feyenoord. Utrecht is an incredible scrappy team, they defend all game but have enough quality that they put away the couple chances they get. Only bummer is most of that quality is their on loan and probably won’t be back next season.

Where do you get these games?
