United’s attacking moribundity is perfectly summarize in Martinez trying to chip Vicario from 45 yards and the ball only going a metre off the ground.

What in the f*** is he doing

Between Martinez’s jump stomp and …that…

How are they teaching United players how to tackle? These aren’t just dirty challenges, they’re… strange challenges

Live you can see why he gave the red but I would reverse that on the replay. He slipped and it was the side of his foot that made contact - not the studs.

I don’t understand that substitution. And they managed to mess it up by the player going off before the sub was made.

Edit:Maybe Mainoo is injured?

Anyways every sequence of play looked like it would end up in United’s net

Just horrific. Xg & scoreboard don’t tell you how bad theyve been.

The red card saves us from an 88th minute Garnacho tying goal and Jussi arguing it wasn’t that bad of a performance

Not sure that’s red for me. But it’s once again stupid play by a stupid player who gives the ref a chance to make a call. It was a slip, but it was stupid
Yep this. As a United fan, I don’t really believe that should have been a red but I get it. It’s high, very high in fact. VAR would never have overturned that. Whatever the ref called that was what was staying. I’d be very surprised if United don’t go down to 9 men at some point too. They already tried once.
