Seems the driver thought he was smart by following an ambulance, which had been cleared traffic.

It’s possible but it’s not that sort of rivalry. I’ve been in many a pub before a game in the city with red shirts everywhere and the 3-4 blue shirts in the corner taking the piss with everyone enjoying the banter (proper banter).

The guy has been arrested for attempted murder, driving offences and being unfit to drive due to drugs (recent police statement).

They made a point yesterday to say it was a white 53 yr old man following the deliberate misinformation that tends to get spread on these things.

Very similar to the Español case, just a moron being where they're not supposed to be and freaking out when their car got attacked. In both cases the police is also to blame.
