GWT: EPL - Matchweek 34

The point is there's no sense in talking about what City did or didn't do. Or anyone else. Liverpool effectively forced City into those 95+ point wins and not a soul has said a word for 7 years. So under what circumstances are the Reds allowed to win a title? Undefeated 35-0-0 vs City's 34-1-0? Then I get to hear our win would have never happened if KDB didn't slip on a rainy day in f***ing Stoke?

In other words

My post was reference to the comparison of Klopp and slot. Klopp had it harder. So the comparison can’t be made.

Liverpool can only beat who’s in front of them. I think you completely missed my point

I know what you're saying. And I don't see the need to make that point within hours of the title having been won. In my experience doing this is never not some passive aggressive way to diminish the significance of the current accomplishment at the expense of having faced better past opponents.

Call it persecution complex. A discussion of Slot not having to overcome the same hardship as Klopp reeks of "The Rockets would have never won their 2 titles if Jordan hadn't retired"

lol enjoy your win mate

So is the Dutch fella better than Klopp or living off Klopp's hard work in previous seasons?
There are no comparable. Klopp had the hardest task. Bring back to relevency a legendary club that became the laughing stock in world football with limited funds compared to his other challengers into a champion side, winning all trophies and bring pride and the whole city back to what it used to be in the 1980s.
Slot is just building his own legacy but the next few seasons will be harder for him and will give us a better picture.
What Klopp did will never be replicated. It would be like taking this current Spurs side and within 8 years make them win all trophies possible (CL, FA Cup, League cup, EPL, CWC)
