More dropped points from winning positions for Arsenal... not good enough.

It's reminiscent of the year we should have won with Benitez. Almost impossible to beat but couldn't win enough.

Imagine sitting there every week for 35 years and finally getting to see this. Would be one of the best moments of your life.
If James Tarkowski didn’t score the equalizer at Goodison, LFC would have won the title tonight

Thank you Michael Oliver

Chelsea have started better than Everton, but familiar problems in the final stages of attacks continue.

Palmer found Jackson with a good pass, but he failed to get a shot off, instead trying to dribble past defenders. Two wasted corners followed. At least Madueke a minute ago managed to shoot at goal, but the end result was another wasted corner following Pickford's save.

Edit: Deserved lead after 26 mins, Jackson into bottom corner.

About half of Everton's team are playing like they're already on holiday (Garner, Doucure, Ndiaye and especially Beto lack their usual bite). Also the defense without Tarkowski loses most of its effectiveness.

Chelsea stay in the fight for CL spots at the moment, but their opponents in May are very difficult on paper. Hopefully Liverpool and Man Utd don't care too much about losing, so it comes down to away matches against Newcastle and Forest.
