Liverpool Magic Number is ***. (** subject to goal difference)
Liverpool can clinch the league (forgot about this) on Wednesday if Crystal Palace defeat Arsenal. If Arsenal win or draw, LFC can clinch the league with a win next Sunday at Anfield
I'm not sure if the flukiest fluke title nonsense or the magic number counting for a race that hasn't been in doubt for months is sillier. Let's call it a draw.Edited slightly for you, king. We can't let the world forget that we wouldn't have won the league were it not for injuries to Arsenal

It's a shame more people aren't like you. I have about as little faith as ever that the Lightning are gonna win the Cup. That's next year. Next year I fully believe we are doing it. But if they somehow surprised me, I don't even want to imagine the spin job some people are going to tryI think wasting time on the internet trying to diminish a team's title win is extremely pathetic behavior so that one wins the silly debate 100% of the time. There's pretty much no argument in that category that makes even the slightest bit of sense. 'The other teams suck' ok they should have bought better players then.

Fun for us, terrifying for Spurs and ManU.Would have been fun if one of the relegation teams was a little more competitive. Both ends of the table have felt done for weeks now and its just not as fun.
Those two clubs being under relegation pressure would be so much fun!Fun for us, terrifying for Spurs and ManU.
I mean it would give them some excitement and something to play for they might have forgot what that feels like in the leagueFun for us, terrifying for Spurs and ManU.

One of these teams could be in UCL next seasonThose two clubs being under relegation pressure would be so much fun!
And one of them might get rewarded for itI mean it would give them some excitement and something to play for they might have forgot what that feels like in the league
Missed this energy the last two seasonsI think wasting time on the internet trying to diminish a team's title win is extremely pathetic behavior so that one wins the silly debate 100% of the time. One of these teams is two wins away from making the champions leagueTottenham and United really have to be happy that the newly promoted teams were so bad this year, although I guess 37/38 points is enough for safety most seasons
Yep - you can really see how watered down the the Europa League is without the drop down teamsOne of these teams is two wins away from making the champions league
What a stupid decision from UEFAYep - you can really see how watered down the the Europa League is without the drop down teams
I actually don't mind it as long as people start to change their perception of the trophy. It's like the EFL Trophy. It's nice for the lower level teams to have a chance to win somethingWhat a stupid decision from UEFA

True, but the only reason Spurs and United aren't massive favorites for this trophy is because they've both been trash this year. If the 6th-8th place teams in the PL perform as they "should" (based on income/etc) then they go into Europa and Conference as significant favorites for the trophy just given that the 3-5th place team in other leagues have such a hard time competing with the finances of even a top half PL team.I actually don't mind it as long as people start to change their perception of the trophy.
