Offside, but it was unclear which Chelsea player it was that affected the play. Spurs grabbed two Chelsea (e.g Gusto) players with two hands and that enabled Spurs players to get to the ball in the first place and head it clear (to Caicedo).

If you need a 4 minute stoppage to determine if something is onside or offside, then it's clearly close enough that it should just be called onside.
