He left for now. He isn’t playing for united. You find another loan… these players aren’t gonna all finish their contracts.

The ref has, rightly, let several of those go in the box already so it's fair it wasn't given.

Ref has overall been really, really poor today. Missed multiple obvious fouls against both teams and there's several yellows that were extremely obvious to give that he just chose not to.

Like the Maguire challenge on the half way line that was the most obvious stopping a counter yellow in history and he just gave a regular foul.

To be fair, he seems to do better against less physical teams, like in the EL. If he can work on it in the summer, we'll see if he can learn to adjust to it.

I watched United the other day and boy was he lost. Every touch he made was off. His movement was awful too.

Ref made it clear earlier in the game when Maguire's shirt was pulled and nothing was called, that he wasn't calling those.

Rio casually threw Birdshit under the bus by saying he he's played with Young and knows he tends to embellish contacts. :laugh:

Except the referee did call it, then VAR didn't give him the opportunity to confirm his on field decision because it only showed the referee wide angles so he couldn't confirm the shirt pulling.

VAR failed on multiple points with the decision, the first failure was referring it to the monitor in the first place, the second one was only showing the referee a wide angle to hide the shirt pulling.

That holding was nothing you don't see in every match in the PL and not get called. Birdshit's dive was a very late reaction to everything as well.
