I mean, I’m agreeing with you. Bad call today on the disallowed goal. But Chelsea got a goal last week they shouldn’t have that got the extra two points.

The Colwill shove 70 yards from goal ten years prior that went uncalled.. can we not be that disingenuous to be like oh but at the end of the day it was technically a foul so that undeserved goal = an offside goal and a disallowed shove on enzo
Like that game was officiated fine man
You can't two hand shove players in the box, perfectly correct decision by the ref without the help of VAR as it happened right in front of him.
Should have been offside on Welbeck though on Brighton's second goal.
What's the deal with those kits Chelsea? Your players look like Nascar cars. And why make your worst player captain?? (Although Neto has been invisible too)

Actually seeing the replay again, I think enough time passed between the cross and the defenders action that it makes it a deliberate action thus resetting offside.
There’s no “technically” about it. It was a foul. And the foul having been correctly called, means the goal doesn’t happen by definition. Nothing disingenuous about that, at least from me. I think trying to retcon an egregiously missed call (which that foul was) that would have obviously negated the play that follows it into some minor detail totally irrelevant to the goal being scored is disingenuous frankly, but hey.
An incorrectly awarded goal that decides the match is self-evidently badly officiated.
They never call that. Especially at that level of force.
It’s like fouls on corner kicks - if they decide to start calling most of those you’ll get no argument from me. But that level of physicality gets let go 90% of the time.

I always feel kind of bad when we beat up on our farm team like this.
Chelsea big mad about a foul in the build up there, but not much in it tbh. Colwill was soft last week too.

I love how there is proper AI offside technology and the EPL rather keep these mental headcases here. Like I told you lot, they want the corruption. They want to control which are good goals and not allow a computer to accurately solve 100% of the issues. They want Arsenal to suffer.
