Another day, another matchweek. The matchweek kicks off with a potential battle for European spots, when Newcastle hosts Bournemouth. Then, we get a London derby when the Irons host the Eagles, as well as a tough match for presumptive favorites, Liverpool, who must travel to Brentford. The big match of the week, however, is Arsenal hosting Aston Villa, while the other big six sides have decent chances to pick up at least a point.

Reactions: New Jerseys Devil
Was that another example of premier league officials getting something right by getting it wrong?

Ball was obviously out, but Newcastle clearing the ball should end the attacking phase of play, meaning it shouldn't have been checked by VAR?

Diogo Jota played 30 minutes last week, scored a goal, and got injured again. He is not in the squad today.

Newcastle cannot even blame any of the refereeing decisions. They all went their way.

That is LFC. I can genuinely already name drop the players that will get injuries before the end of season.

If I had money to put: Konaté, Gomez, Tsimikas, Chiesa, Jota and maybe even Alisson have a good chance to miss some games due to injury before the end of the season.

brentford gonna regret not taking advantage of their early chances..

when did they start calling tight offsides while the game was still going? weird
