Nah I think it was a good challenge overall. The defender stepped across him, but I thought it was in a fair way to establish/block off the ball.

He ended up down hurt because as he was falling down his shin landed on the back of the defenders foot.

Plus it's not realistic to expect Anthony Taylor to give United a penalty. Also, reverse the situation and City would definitely get a penalty.

Announcers saying it's a really good penalty, but I think it's OK at best. If Ederson guesses the right way he has a pretty decent chance of getting a hand on it.

It was probably still struck hard enough that it would get in, but ideally it needs to be higher or wider.
