I can't find matchweek-by-matchweek scoring charts online, but I think this might be the latest in the season Haaland isn't top scorer since he's been in the PL.

Last year I took Salah in FPL, this year Haaland.

I'd expect to continue to see a massive amount of rotation to evaluate / get everyone familiar. Maybe not Antony-starting levels of rotation, but, still...
