Arsenal brought in Sterling, so they really can't be that extremely selective.
He is a stop gap for this season just like Neto is for the backup gk spot.

Arteta had worked with him before and Chelsea are paying for most of the loan. So it's just an opportunistic stop gap.

I'm correcting your opinion.

Did you ignore all the posters that suddently became accountants when they were posting about Barca's finances?
How does one correct an opinion of another person lol.

I pointed out their ignore about Barca’s finances not a subjective topic.

Obviously, the injuries are killing us, but we can't go over how much of a disaster this transfer window has been. If Kai or Saka aren't scoring, we ain't scoring, period. They then let Vieira go on loan, who was practically the only other player in the entire squad who had a creative fibre in his being and never had a true backup for Odegaard. They thought Trossard is that and he clearly ain't. He doesn't make plays, he has good finishing skills

So that was like the first half of the Arsenal game, when the entire game was getting played in the same channel; so The tape is definitely out on LFC right now. If I can see it, everyone else can see it too. They are overly reliant on this 424 shape and any team that can invert a fullback in there is causing problems. Kadioglu is running wild. It’s possible Slot was of the mind that only teams like Arsenal and Chelsea are going to exploit this but if that’s the case it’s way off. Would prefer if they used the shape they used against Leipzig in UCL is is a bit more 4141

If they are going to play like this their midfielders are in the wrong spots. One of the reasons that the inverting is working is Alexis being too slow to cover that ground in a double pivot. They should switch him and Szoboszlai; which moves Szoboszlai further away from goal (which sucks) but there is no other way for them to cover that ground. If they are going to play Dom at 10, then it needs to be Jones next to Gravenberch.

Hindsight is 2020 but it may have been a good call to give ESR another chance before selling him on.

Konate might have to be removed at halftime. Went to the locker room with arm in a sling

He’s off and Gomez is on

Good shout. I have always had concerns for the past two seasons that we keep placing too many players on loans. This is another season, especially considering we have EPL, CL, FA, Carbao, etc. with a pretty thin squad. Nothing from Heaven's preseason gives me hope that he should be a bench player at this point in time. Arteta really went full crazy mode last season alienating players from the squad due to a lack of playing time. If I were ESR, Nelson, and others, I would want to GTFO as well since I won't see minutes until a random Carbao Cup match.

Of course, Nico Williams will make up for all the rubbish we have had to sit through this season, but all insiders say he wants to go to Barca.

Then and there
Haaland avoided injury, he got bit of studs on his leg after a follow through from Bournemouth player who cleared the ball. But City are still trailing.

Then and there
Evanilson makes it 2-0 for Bournemouth. Walker was beaten for pace on the flank by Kerkez, who got a cross in. Then Ake and Gvardiol didn't mark Evanilson properly, who had an easy finish. Gvardiol has been poor on both goals.

Edit: Should be 3-0 by now, Bournemouth hit the post and then shot a rebound over an empty net.
