Kochetkov is on the bench full time, Orlov and Svech rotate through. It's not ideal, but translation on the bench is far from a foreign concept to NHL teams.

On Thursday, Tripp told Boomer on Sirius that he thought Nikishin looks great on the ice and executes plays quite well in practice despite any language concerns. He wasn't advocating that he be inserted into the line up over others; however, he said if it happens, it shouldn't be a problem.
