100%. I think you give him a fair deal. In a few years if things don't improve and a rebuild is inevitable, the Leafs could get a pretty good return for a well respected vet.

that won't happen, he'll get better offers elsewhere, and will probably take them because Toronto is the only place these guys want to play until it means a pay cut. It's all about the money in the end...........
