Oilers have no cap to go after Marner. They have a ton of other things they need like dmen and a goalie.

If the leafs let Marner go, I really hope the nucks can land him.
Aside from EP, we don't have one guy elite at playmaking.
They have plenty of cap and a strong track record in UFA signings, being a great city to live if your rich.
Does he want to play out west is the question.
I guess there's always the chance a rebuilding team desperate to improve, offers him a ludicrous amount of money. Same with Brock, he will either re-sign for five years with the nucks or go to a shit team that offers 7×9+

In a previous thread this year talking about his value several Canuck fans were coming to his defence. I literally called him average , maybe a touch below average in that respect . Maybe it’s coincidently the only 3 that think so but I somehow doubt it
