Frederic gave him a good going over.

All things aside, good on Lilleberg for stepping up, there. If he didn’t things could have got uglier that game.

I’m sure at the end of the day his teammates appreciate him stepping up because someone was probably going to get run through the boards if he didn’t.

Considering the backstory it was one of the more entertaining fights of the year for me. Lilleberg was overmatched but still tried throwing some bombs himself. Some guys would've looked for a way out after that big uppercut, but he stayed up and got his bearings to fire back before it was over. No drama, just handled the old fashioned way by both parties.

Super weird that after his success fighting the tougher Kastelic last fight, Lilleberg decided against throwing any of his patented super-sonic-speed uppercuts at Frederic (that are beyond what any HD camera can capture).

**edit: i suppose he could have thrown a dozen that we just couldn't see with 2025 technology. Freddy got lucky one didn't KO him!

I wouldn’t be surprised if we read “Lilleberg hit him with an uppercut that knocked him out, then another that woke him back up!”

Hopefully the trainer fully checks Freddy out afterwards in case this very scenario happened. Luckily, there are Tampa bloggers who will be able to point out the hits that the cameras just couldn't track. 😔

According to hockeyfights.com very few punches actually landed, 5% for Frederic and 2% for Lilleberg. Should be something like 2 punches for Frederic, that uppercut was easy to see. And 1 for Lilleberg, must be the very last one when Frederic's helmet flew off.

Lilleberg has been busy, one more fight and he's 3rd in the league this season behind Olivier and Kastelic, who he's already defeated.

Lilleberg actually landed 89 punches. The eyes just couldn’t see how fast they truly were.

What a shot...ouch! Frederic was lucky to get away with that one, his helmet and visor saved him. They both obviously landed some bombs, Lilleberg took an uppercut. Was a great fight.

Lilleberg was under a lot of pressure, Boston players constantly went after him. Still took the fight, a courageous performance by the kid.

There's nothing we can do but laugh at him at this point. He's either trolling or he's the biggest homer ever. Posts a picture of the one punch Lilleberg landed and acts like it was a close fight lol.

Yeah better make sure Freddy is okay. And his right hand was bloodied, not a scratch on his customer, so he probably punched the helmet. Hopefully no fracture. It would be a disaster for you guys if Lilleberg sent both your tough guys on IR.

Btw...no I'm not obsessed, drunk, trolling, homer whatever. I'm just discussing this fight and you're all over me trying to take me down. But I'm not so easy to crack. Don't discuss me, focus on the hockey fights.
