Yup. Mess and the other drivers on that Cup winning team have full immunity in my eyes. Aside from Messier, Leetch, Graves, and Richter (maybe Kovalev and Beukeboom too), most of that team wasn't there long enough to really betray us anyway.

Which is why I'd really like to see K Miller & Schneider get a fair shake from the fan base with a competent system in place with NHL level coaches. If they don't turn it around, send them packing, but it's hard not to be skeptical when every player on D including Fox has regressed massively with Phil Housley telling them what to do.

I don't think I have seen so many stupid decisions in terms of blind passes and give aways then we saw this season. The system may have been bad but the decision making of our guys these 2 included was brutal.

I feel like Sam Rosen got gypped. Wish he'd stay another year. Facing facts, Kreider, Trocheck, Mika, Fox all are past their prime. K'andre also no good. Bread seems to be defiantly hanging in there. We need new blood. I didnt mind the JT Miller for Chytil trade as Chytil is made of glass and the team needs a veteran badass which JT is. I think the young guys have been ok but the coaching poor at development. And why is Laf such a joke? Really good until signs big contract then sucks? And Igor to a lesser degree a dissapointment due to either hot or not syndrome. The team I think has poor culture centering on just making money but no real guts. The fans deserve more. Well, hope for a good draft choice and dont spend too much on tickets next year as clearly they're selling sirloin at prime ribeye prices.
