This is odd. Seravelli, Sekeres, Paterson, Gaffar etc.. all commenting on friction between Pettersson and Miller...?
Tocchet breaks up the PP units to get the guys away from each other, and Miller ends up on another unit than Pettersson. Was he talking about these two players?
Paterson talked about Miller and Boeser being friends off the ice. Miller also requested to play with Boeser prior to the start of the season. Pettersson and Hughes are apparently friends, and they're on a unit. (his speculation, not mine)
Seravelli says that the relationship between Pettersson and Miller has been copacetic since the start of the year.
Personally, I don't think it's a roadblock to him re-signing, but I find it curious that multiple reporters are talking about this now when trying to find the reason for Pettersson's refusal to re-sign.
