It's amazing to me that there are still people attacking the media and claiming they're making this up. It's worse that Petey is attacking the character of media members talking about claiming they're making stuff up when he damn well knows its true.
I think the point they (Petey and JT) are making is that the idea that there is a huge rift between them is blown out of proportion. Shit happens. People move on. It's not some damned soap opera, which is what the media and many people are making it out to be.

When 1 player is making 3.6 M more than the other...and the contribution/production is well not there what do think happens with Million dollars 'BABIES"they pout

but least productive and thin-skinned
That’s exactly what brought it to a boiling point, was the pettersen contract. When he signed it, his play dropped off, and it continued to start the year. A fiery and win at all costs JT miller who likely had friction with Petey before, just said well if he can’t give a f*ck at 11.6, why the hell should I, took his ball and went home

Ya, I wonder what the actual issue is- seems to me Miller is a bit hotheaded and probably knows it, Petey is reportedly sensitive- jeez, which horse do you back?

This, but I think with them it goes deeper than that. But ya, any sorta interaction between your two leaders would put shit to bed, instead it’s this constant denial when it’s only asked because it’s so obvious.

Why? Just to avoid the label/stigma? He needed help, that’s assistance. You need a reason to not work, mental concerns are 110% valid, but you can’t really explain it any other way, and I’m confused why you’d want to.
no I asked if it was allowed, as if the player has to go in the program as soon as he wants to leave of thus reason, but apparently they can just take some paid days off with the management's approval

Probably would be best for the Canucks to not have either of them in front of a camera for the rest of the season, as well as not talking about it anymore to the press. Just going to make things worse and people will be taken out of context to try and sensationalize the situation more than it needs to be.

I assume you can fudge a game or two as “maintenance”, but if it’s a real problem you kinda want that official channel to be as open as possible and so it goes that way, is my understanding. If there are any strikes against him where it’d matter in the future, ala Nichuskin, that’s the only way it’d matter, and I assume mental concerns are kept separate from drug/conduct incidents.

I'm a professional body reader and, even though I think everyone else sees it anyways, I don't think it's been more obvious that two teammates hate each other.

It was never a real issue, it was always a media generated headline due to the poor play.

Except they clearly haven’t moved on. Boudreau confirmed it was a problem before he was hired in 2021 and it’s nearly 2025.
