I think our #1PP is better with Rielly and Marner on it, but I'd definitely be interested in trying them on the 2nd unit for the next 10 games or so. Our PP always seems to get shut down in the playoffs, maybe splitting the talent might help?

Great play by the Leafs D in front of the net and on the boards and good effort all around by Tavares in particular so far.

I think everyone will like him if the playoffs are called like they usually are for every other team, but everyone will hate him if they suddenly decide to crack down on heavy stick work. Knowing what typically happens to the Leafs in the playoffs, I'm not looking forward to it

I definitely think getting a PK, hard hitting dman was a needed and great low-key pickup. I'm still perplexed about adding BOTH Edmunson and Lyubushkin though... don't care too much given we gave up minimal, but it does seem like a weird move.

I think the mentality is you need 8 dmen for the playoffs at least. Might have something to do with Boosh getting blasted in his first game with us too.

I was surprised he didn't get 3 penalties on that play.. a couple of those were blatant but I love him making it hell around the Leafs net for the opposition

I read here that he's overpaid.
Keefe can't look at this and think I need Brodie back in the lineup. Anybody who plays with the guy struggles like crazy. Look at how much better Rielly and Lilly look without him.
