His time as a Leaf is much more fair to use, and it's 5 games because sample sizes are a thing. He will trend back to his average as time goes on. Not to mention he is a known slow starter

Simmonds probably isn't an NHLer any more. Spezza needs speedy wingers to be effective but at least he can be a FOGO guy and pass the puck.
