If Mittelstadt had scored just one point last night in Dallas, the Avs don't need to pull their goalie. 0 in his last 5, that's a much worse performance than Georgiev over that stretch considering the expectations on him as the 2C.

I see a few folks recognizing him here and there, but Ivan Ivan....he's really doing a lot of things to impress me in his minutes. He atually appears to have really good offensive instincts, just not enough there to convert regularly at this point. He's really pretty good defensively, so I'm hoping he becomes an LOC type where Bednar actually gives him real trust moving forward.
