Nah, it's more got to do with the Oilers logjam of Vets they got in the AHL, since they can only play a certain amount of Vets at a time.

Yeah. It comes down to games played. I think it's like 350 pro games played makes the player a veteran.

Attard is only at 150ish because he was an NCAA guy.

Seems almost like Bowman/Jackson are purging all the Holland era prospect/AHL acquisitions, seemed like Gleason was well liked in the organization prior to the change-over.

Unless they’re considering moving Brown to forward as he might have more of a chance of making it back to the big club, easier to hide a tough guy on the 4th line than on the 3rd pairing.

Dineen and Hoefenmeyer are solid AHL lefties, so they aren't in bad shape there.
