Eberle was infinitely better for us than Yamamoto. Since his trade, he's proven that he can play well in the playoffs. Something Yama has NEVER shown even when glued to Draisaitl.

Yamo scored 20/21 while being glued to Draisaitl.

While I think he's a decent depth guy who can likely pot 10+ goals, he wasn't worth what we were paying him.

He'd be fine if we were paying him $1m

The problem was also the coaches' insistence that he play in the top 6. He would have been better on the third line as his constant presence in the top 6 actively hurt the team.

If Yamo is healthy he'll be a 20/20 guy for Seattle. His main problem is his size makes him completely useless come playoff time.

He plays an in-your-face style but never put on muscle. He had hot and cold streaks and imo it must have been injury related.
