1. Nikita Klepov - F, Sagina Spirit, OHL

They say if you were to forgo scouting altogether and just pick top scorers you would fair better and this has never been truer with the great Nikita Klepov, he has dominated the OHL like nobody since Connor McDavis and unlike McDavis this guy has the good looks, the charisma, cool name and everything it takes to be the face of the league. Contrary to the FAKE! scouting reports that claim he cannot skate, he is the best skater in this draft class. He buzzes around the zones like Quinn Hughes. He is a dog on the puck like Vasili Podkolzin. He has a one timer like Ovechkin. He has hands like Datysuk. He makes plays in traffic with guys hanging off of him, he is a great penalty killer and always a threat for a short handed goal. He is the clear cut best player in this draft and there has been a concerted effort to blackball him from the league but they will not prevail
2. Alexander Karmanov - D, North Bay Battalion, OHL

The big man, measuring in the heights at 7'1" & tipping the scales at 280lb he is the largest hockey player in the history of the world. He used to be a gentle giant but the world has turned his heart to stone and now he wants vengeance. He looks like Vitali Kravtsov if he took human growth hormone throughout puberty, he is a raw project who will take a long time to reach his potential but when all is said and done he will be one of the best defensemen in the league, if you don't believe me watch him go up against that guy from Barrdown that guy tried 25 times to enter the zone with him defending and every single time he stripped him of the puck like a dog. he also has untapped offensive skill he goes to power move one hand on the stick and goes around guys like the great Steve Bernier. He also has a great personality and is eager to learn, he is like a big golden retriever very good
3. Ilia Morozov - C, Miami University, NCAA
They call him Baby Barkov, he is the best center of the draft amazing at the faceoffs, great active stick and he can chip in with some offense too and good cellys. big knock on him is his skating he is SLOW! but if he can improve this he will be a perennial Selke candidate. Only real knock against him other than skating is a gap between his two front teeth. But get him some skating lessons & Invisalign and you've got a star
4. Alberts Smits - D, Jukurit, Liiga
According to the Ed eye test he is the most NHL style dman in the draft, he is very poised and shut down NHL players in the Olympics, he is a big boy and a great skater, very whimsical guy who you could see starring in a movie like Forrest Gump or Shrek 5, some red flags are he has two last names, he is also from a strange country which means he will either be a stud or a total bust who will be working a trade in the future and I don't mean something impressive like an electrician or a plumber I mean like the kind of drywaller you hire on Facebook marketplace for a few hundred bucks and he puts a pottle of piss behind your wall, doesn't wash his hands, is going through a messy divorce with his wife
5. Mathis Preston - F, Vancouver Giants, WHL
I saw him live with the Giants and he was most dominant player I ever seen in the W, but for some reason his stats are not good. But I will bet on the upside here he is one of the best skaters in the draft, elite hands, elite shot, and he plays with an edge as well
6. Simas Ignativicus - F, Genève-Servette HC, NL

Just look at him, he is an intimidating presence a massive man who chews his mouth guard as he circles his pray and is ready to pounce. His name carries great aesthetic value with 3 words in it Sigma, Ignorant & Vicious. He is very intimidating man reining from the mean streets of Memphis Tennessee but then he is also from Lithuania what an interesting story. He has a great personality a great character guy in the locker room in the interviews he is the biggest personality in this years draft they say he is like Ovechkin
7. Matvei Kravtsov - D, Taifun Primorsky Krai, MHL
The younger brother of The Chosen One, just like Vitali his golden locs flow in the wind as his skate blades cut through the ice like a knife through butter. He plays with such grace and is a 6'3 behemoth of a shutdown defenseman. Just like Vitali you have to have a very high IQ to understand his game and I know the stats don't jump off the page but once advanced stats become advanced enough they will be able to show what makes him so special
8. Gleb Pugachyov - RW, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, KHL
They call him the Russian Ted Wilson
9. Xavier Villeneuve - D, Blainville-Boisbriand Armada, QMJHL
He is like Lane Hutson but actually plays honest hockey and respects the game as Don Cherry intended. He is Lane with a couple extra inches of height and none of those stupid head fakes that make a mockery of the game. He cuts through traffic and can make plays while being bullied like a dog
10. Caleb Malhotra - C, Brantford Bulldogs, OHL
A very intelligent man, he is a great two way center and a clutch playoff performer
11. Chase Reid - D, Soo Greyhounds, OHL
They say he is an elite skater but I don't see it, I think he looks like Adam FOX
12. Keaton Verhoeff - D, University of North Dakota, NCAA
The most hated, he is being blackballed and when others our fearful I will be greedy and say take the great KEATON. He means business he is a big powerful man and has very high upside they say he is the next Evan Bouchard, including being an idiot but he still has some skill
13. Ivar Stenberg - LW, Frölunda HC, SHL
Facially resembles Markus Naslund a lot, one thing that concerns me is how close-set his eyes are I doubt he has much peripheral vision due to this and could mean he is a concussion waiting to happen as he will get caught off guard. I worry he will be the next Kaapo Kakko
14. Gavin McKenna - LW, Penn State University, NCAA
Sometimes a picture says a thousand words. Look at this disheveled bozo wearing a t shirt and a backwards hat whilst on a TV panel of well dressed professionals. He is unkempt and has no respect for the law, social conventions, dining etiquette, or basic hygiene practises. A filthy man!
15. Carson Carels - D, Prince George Cougars, WHL
He is a mean guy looks like Tom Wilson facially but he skates way out of position to throw these huge hits like Jacob Trouba, one day we might see him fly into the glass like Trouba too. Not the biggest fan
16. Daxon Rudolph - D, Prince Albert Raiders, WHL
17. Wyatt Cullen - F, USNDTP
18. Viggo Bjorck - C, Djurgardens IF, SHL
There is an inorganic push for this guy right now all of a sudden he is a star because of Stankoven winning his asterisk cup where Vegas has 10 goals overturned! Nope, this guy is small and slow, he is not the real deal.
19. Nikita Scherbakov - D, Salavat Yulaev Ufa, KHL
20. Viktor Fyodorov - C, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, KHL
Already dominating the KHL but they don't want you to know about him but I'll let you in on the secret
21. Adam Novotny - LW/RW, Peterborough Petes, OHL
22. Jaxon Cover - LW, London Knights, OHL
He is hailing from the Caribbean and was a roller hockey player until last year when he stepped on ice for the first time, some say he has a gift! Very skilled player but very raw
23. Marcus Nordmark - LW, Djurgardens IF, SHL
A big silly man who plays fun
24. Yegor Rybkin - G, Chaika Nizhny Novgorod, MHL
6'7 goalie with the agility of a squirrel on speed! the goalie of the future some say
25. Maksim Sokolvskii - D, London Knights, OHL
26. Oscar Hemming - F, Boston College, NCAA
27. Yan Melnikov - LW/RW, Torpedo, VHL
28. Liam Ruck - F, Medicine Hat Tigers, WHL

We have a package deal here, the Ruck twins. They call them the Brazilian Sedins. They have dominated at the U14 level in Brazil amassing over 2 points per game. They aren't on many scouts radar perhaps because of what many dub "The Twin Factor" It's well documented that most twins are a little "off" in quirky ways. They usually have a bit of an odd personality, sometimes they have a facial feature that deviates from the norm. They might have a nervous tick, or emit a strange odour. But if you get past that bit of awkwardness, you have two potential superstars here. They may not blow you away with the physical tools, but just like the Sedin's their six sense is what sets them apart. They have eyes in the back of their head. If you are able to snag both of these in the draft you are sitting on a goldmine. Their father was a well known farmer in São Paulo, known for growing potatoes, carrots, corn, and various other forms of vegetation that he entered in competitions across the country. Won 2nd place prize for largest pumpkin in the 2004 World Championships in Austria. Some say he should've won 1st and lost on a technicality. The farm has been in the family for generations, his grandfather was responsible for naturalizing the melon tree in Brazil in the 1980's. These two truly have championship pedigree.
29. Markus Ruck - F, Medicine Hat Tigers, WHL

The second of the twins, if you only want one take Liam.He sleeps on the top bunk, he is who Markus answers to. One bit of a red flag was in interviews Liam answers questions for him, Markus doesn't speak. He is a mute for the most part but when he does say something, his words carry weight.
30. Noa Ta'Amu - D, Edmonton Oil Kings, WHL
He is from the island of them big people like Dwayne the Rock Johnson and boy the apple doesn't fall far from the tree also his dad was a NFL linebacker and Noa is built like one too, he is the Dustin Byfuglien of the 21st century
31. Joe Iginla - F, Vancouver Giants, WHL
They used to say he was better than Tij, but his stock has dropped like a rock. I saw him live and studied him in depth, he is a very mean man and plays with an attitude and a swagger. Off of a face-off he just randomly shoved the opposing winger to the ice, he asserts his authority every shift and he rules the ice with an iron fist. he has a rocket of a shot he scored a goal while yours truly was there he is like Jarome you can't spell Jarome without Joe but you can spell Jarome without Tij so which one really will carry the mantle of the great Jarome? I have my money on Joe
32. Yaroslav Fedoseyev - D, Traktor Chelyabinsk - KHL
