Jones was one of only four Panthers to be scoreless last night, but he played the most minutes, blocked 2 shots and delivered 4 hits.
Love the recognition for all types of play in the locker room, not just the goals.

If I’m Zito I look at moving Rodrigues possibly at the draft. For either a youngish dman or a draft pick. Our forward group is very deep and Samo and possibly even Sourdif look like quality replacements. And the cap space would help.
He’s a frustrating player at times but he’s been a positive for us overall. Either way I hope he recovers soon so he can help us win

Players with an asterisk are up in summer 26… Samoskevich will have to take a one-year « can’t pay you rookie sorry, you’re on a cup contending team » miserable deal and look to extend in 26… With the cap going up and probably a Bob pay-cut, we would be in a good position to extend Mikkola and Samo… And in 27, the only big piece is Eetu !
Still missing a young piece on defense and another couple of gems to emerge if we really want to extend our window… But as for the next 5-6 years, let’s say Barky’s contract-length…
We look to be pretty pretty good going forward as long as Zito manages next summer well ! He has some pretty big decisions to make…

When I hear stuff like this about how our team is inclusive for everyone and they're all treated the same, it really makes me wonder wtf are the other teams doing? Making the 4th liners get their coffees? Why wouldn't every team operate like this... It's kind of common sense.
