Not his fault. This is the third coach and each one is different in play style and temperament. Same results because no matter who it is behind the coach, the star players always disappear.

If this keeps going for more years, they'll fire Berube like it's his fault as all coaches get saddled with. Never the players fault. Always easiest to can the coach first and try again.
