Losing is IMO not directly correlated. Champions learn from losing till they win.
From what I read which is different and reflect what I think:

Abstract. In sport, choking under pressure is a negative athletic experience that may have psychologically damaging effects. The media recognizes that choking is a dramatic drop in performance, whereas researchers have labeled choking as any decrease in performance under pressure

It is nuanced but the TML after 9 years is definitely choking. A team having it's first taste of success, no matter how spectacular is not seen as choking since it's understood the PO are a different phenomenon and it can take a run or two to learn what it takes.

But if you're the TML and you've nad ple ty of practice runs...no matter how great your planning a losing cause, it's choking

Some player can experience chocking under pressure, but their team still won..............not only correlated to losing.

Just unbeleivable. How many game 7's can the Leafs blow. They came out for the second like a defeated team.

Teams were even after the 1st period. Toronto had the better chances but Bobrovsky was excellent.

The 2nd period has been all Florida. Toronto needed to increase intensity, but did the opposite. There's no excuse for letting up like they've done. Honestly, I feel bad for Leafs fans who've hung on and kept the faith.

Scoring has been the issue for years
