I'll be fair on the Leafs. If they lose tonight, I would be hesitant to call it a choke (the manner of losing, if they do, may be a choke in itself, but the overall series result would not be). A choke, to me, which I'd guess most people would agree with, is a team that is expected to win losing. I'm not necessarily saying that the Panthers were expected to win this series, because at best, I'd have called it a tossup going in. However, it's not Boolean - the Panthers not necessarily being expected to win does not imply that it means that the Leafs were expected to win, because the prediction of "it's a tossup" exists. That said, calling the series a tossup does not mean the Leafs were "expected to win." Therefore, it cannot be called a choke if they lose.

This will be a interesting game. Panthers played like crap in game 6, leafs turned a crappy game 5 performance into a win in game 6 in Florida. So the leafs come in with a win in game 6 and the Panthers with a loss in game 6. What the leafs have done in games 7 in the past and what te panthers have done in the past in game 7 doesn't mean much. What matters is which team wants it more in this game. which team will capitolize on their chances in this game. We will know which team comes out top in about 3 hours. if there is no OT.

This is just one milestone for the leafs. They are in cup or bust territory at this stage in their cores history. Having said that, they need to win game 7 to get a chance to win it all, so this is the only game that matters right now.
