It’s more of the same folks! We don’t give up because we are f***ing well Leaf fans! So screw it all, let ‘s f***ing go! Go Leafs Go! Change the story. f***ing change the story and go do it tonight.

So! Again! the BwO directive from sub-basement C of the Nigerian division, special ops division in charge of radical series swings, says go f***ing Leafs go.

There’s only one f***ing song we want to hear:

I think that if both teams play their best hockey, then the Panthers is a better team.

I give a lot of credit to Toronto. They obviously did very good things in this series. But most of their wins felt like it was more about the Panthers being sloppy than them being that good. They never dominated the Panthers like the Panthers dominated them in games 4 and 5.

With that being said, I pick Toronto to win this game. I think that they are just due to win it.

On the other hand, Panthers are due to lose a big game like this. Over the last 3 years, they’ve won games 7, they won many games in OT, won games where they tied the score with minutes left or even seconds, etc. As good as a team can be, it also needs a Little bit of luck here and there to make long playoffs runs. Things just can’t keep going their way.

4-1 Toronto (2 EN goals).

This is same old Toronto. Game 7 against Stanley Cup Champions. Bob is going to pull shutout and Toronto starts rebuild for next decade. 🤣

It's completly the reverse, Florida win was more about leafs becoming floppy and stop moving their foot and working the right way than anything else especially in game 4 and 5

When both team been at 100%, leafs had been the best team in that serie.l but leafs are their biggest ennemy right now.

Reinhart steps up tonight!

its all in the eye of the beholder, I guess.
Which game(s) were both teams going at 100%?

I said Leafs in 7 at the start of the discussion thread. Even though I am not confident at the moment, I am going to be all in for today at least. Potentially last game of hockey for another 4 months. Gunna enjoy it as much as I can

If this is the same old Toronto, you got everything right except that they'll run it back for the next decade.

I think game 2 3 and 6 was
Definitely an eye of the beholder situation. Panthers weren’t full on last game, they were often hesitant and behind/late to a play. Game 2 was not 100% Panthers, either.

But, then again, what the opponent is doing to them has had a bit to do with one team or the other looking less than 100% on a given night.

You could say the same things about Toronto. Game 5 was like 50% Leafs because they were in their heads about not losing and not just playing.

These teams are about as even as it comes IMO

I agree. Game 5 just snowballed on them.

First goal tonight is crucial for FL.

Yeah first goal wins this game most likely.

Just NHL things...whoever wins this game gets less the 2 days rest until the ECF. Meanwhile the west is set and won't start until Wednesday lmao

Just like how Leafs were the last team to finish their series in round 1 and the first to play in round 2, same would happen in round 3. Is what it is I guess.

Another chance to win a game 7 for this core. I think theyre done and will just no show once again though. But iff they somehow pull it out, then they might get me beleafin again.

Really is crazy to think what this game means to Toronto. This Leafs core came into the season with the reputation of not being good enough when it counts, and are a win away from matching what the beloved Sundin and Gilmour Leafs did in the playoffs.

Memes aside, this really is the legacy game for the Leafs. A win goes a long way to erasing the narratives and getting the fanbase fully on board

Idk, maybe the way so many Leafers reacted to game 5, they might be over giving any more shits about what the fans might think, and they just go out and play for each other.

Gm 2 and 3 Florida was extremely agressive on forechecking but at the same time allowed a ton of scoring chance off the rush to Toronto.

Since gm 4 they tight up their game and became a little bit less agressive

The difference in game 6 is leafs started to move their feet again and tight up their game by giving up absolutly nothing free to panther
