We are kind of a slow team. Not just straight line speed. But we also aren’t mentally or physically quick either.

I agree, it has to come down to our overall disparity in speed. We don't have skaters, period. Because the other factors I got to imagine would be on par in the playoffs. If it has anything to do with conditioning, fire the training staff.

Carolina is one of those teams that commits two penalties every three seconds but that's just how they play so it's fine.

It's honestly a decent game plan. You know the refs aren't gonna call too much, so just keep doing doing it. Combined with a great PK, you have elite defense.
