Had a nice little stretch after they made it 2-0 but didn't make them pay as much as they should have. Defensive structure was nonexistent.

Its hard to have structure when you have 2 awful giveaways that led directly to goals

They always seem to adjust their level depending on the competition. So I expect them to start battling back.

Our worst players were our worst players. This time Canes finished. We had a few opportunities that could have tied. Down 2 but as long as 8 and 56 aren't out there we are OK.

We needed the PP to bail us out. Get one back in the 2nd and the pressure will be on the canes in the 3rd.

Gustvasson a hope play to goodrow om the first one.

Trouba a clear giveaway on the second one with the puck on his stick.

Back in ‘94, they took a quick 1-0 lead in Game 4 on a Saturday night at the Capital Center.

Washington then dominated the game.

and we came back to within 1 then gave up the 3rd. I really liked how we came back to score one, but giving up the 3rd sets us all the way back.

it’s not over but the biggest issue imo isn’t scoring but keeping carolina away.
