6 is from high sticks... those are usually called, and 4 of those with 30 seconds left in garbage time. Not saying anything, just reporting the stats.

It's also disingenious as 4 mins of those penalties came with 30 seconds in the game, so the Leafs don't even get to use it as an advantage. It's just a way for fans to skew the numbers.

It's like taking a 4 min high sticking penalty with 1 second left in the game and calling it 2 penalties. That's what the fans and Paul Maurice are doing.

You're counting the 4 minutes of power play time that started when there were 46 seconds left in the game, and not counting the 2 minutes of power play time that were negated by Florida scoring with the extra man.
