Honestly, I don't think that many adjustments are going to be made. Game 1 played out as an extreme version of how I thought the series would go. Canes played extreme Canes hockey, and the Caps mainly had chances on the counterattack (like the Protas goal). I actually thought the Caps could have had a larger lead before the third, as Tom Wilson had a couple back door rush chances that just rolled off the end of his blade.
For all the zone time and shot attempts, SportLogiq had the high-danger chances at 7-6 for Carolina. That's how I see this series going. Caps will get hemmed in a lot, but will get opportunities on the counter and broken plays. That's how they play. It will just be up to whether they can maintain their high level of finishing.

Game 1 was very unusual even by Carolina standards. Washington should carry the play more, particularly in the 1st period, but that will open the door for more in transition. Can't counterattack if you're constantly attacking. Expecting a more entertaining game.
