I gotta say. Matthews has looked like such a passenger. He does not look involved like most of the forwards who are getting "uncomfortable" in this series. He just does some perimeter skating, passes it off. Stick checks. He's not bleeding goals against or anything, but he can't even hit the net when he has a chance. I am looking for him to not look so soft. Hell, Patches is a hitting machine. Never thought I would see that lol.

Analytics have their place but they aren't a substitute for watching the game and I think Dubas payed more attention to the paper work than the games.
