As others have said, I can’t turn my back on the team I was raised on and I’ll always be a Rangers fan, but this team is honestly just not likable. Not like individually but collectively, it’s a one note, boring, mentally and physically soft team that doesn’t have a ton of redeeming qualities. A few. But not a ton.

They're fun on the occasions they get some scoring but they can't break down good teams.

They don't move enough. They're slow but they also don't try to move, lest ye be out of position.

I don't think changing players changes the culture.

They need the coach and front office on the same page. I don't think Gallant is terrible but he's infamous for doing what he wants regardless of the team or the GM he has.

I think he wants to play a royal road game with speed, but aside from Panarin, we don't have the horses with that skill set.

The Rangers are a huge team and should be playing heavy like a Dallas or a Tampa. That's the roster they have for the foreseeable future.

It's not skilled/fast and it's not heavy. It's just boring. They're solid defensive team but boring doesn't work anymore. It's all about forechecking and offense. When the going gets tough, the teams with the puck start giving up the fewest goals like in this series. You do that being fast and skilled or you do that being heavy and skilled.
